Set, run and travel at any fitting angle. On a rolling offset the rise and roll are combined first, so the multiplier is applied once, not twice.
Each end is worked out on its own, because an elbow at one end and a tee at the other is normal. It won't give you a cut until both ends are filled in.
Butt weld, socket weld, threaded, copper, PVC, press fit and grooved, each with the right take-out for that joint.
